Our stunning beachfront condo located in exclusive Distrito Puerto in Puerto Morelos. This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bath Oceanfront 7th-floor condo offers uninterrupted Caribbean Sea views from every room high-end furnishings, and luxury-style amenities. Whether you're waking up to the sunrise from your private balcony, strolling along the secluded white-sand beach, or enjoying cocktails on the rooftop pool deck, Villa Coral Blanco is your private slice of paradise

Villa Coral Blanco has been designed with comfort, luxury, and convenience in mind. You'll find:

• Two spacious bedrooms, each with king-size beds, Smart TVs, built-in closets, blackout curtains, and air conditioning

• A sofa bed in the living room that converts to a full-size bed for extra guests. Please note Temporary Sleeping Arrangement Update: Due to a manufacturing delay, the new sofa bed for our unit is scheduled to arrive on October 30, 2025. Until that time, the property will accommodate up to 4 guests in the existing beds. A standard sofa is available in the living room for seating; however, it is not a sleeper sofa.

• Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony with 7th-floor ocean views

• Blackout curtains in all rooms for restful sleep and added privacy

• Fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, water dispenser/cooler, coffee maker, cookware, spices, and full dining settings for 6 to 8 people

• Indoor dining table for 6

• Beautifully furnished living room with a Smart TV and chaise lounge-style sofa

• High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in every room

• Individually controlled air conditioning in all rooms

• Washer and dryer in-unit, with laundry supplies included

• Digital keyless entry with a personalized code sent prior to arrival

• Consistent hot water available throughout the unit

Bathrooms

• The primary bathroom features dual custom sinks, a double vanity (exclusive to our unit), elegant stone finishes, and rainfall shower heads

• The second full bathroom, located off the hallway, offers the same high-end finishes with a single sink

• Both bathrooms have reliable hot water and are stocked with bath towels, beach towels, and basic toiletries

At Villa Coral Blanco, you'll enjoy full access to the following building amenities:

• Direct beachfront access to a secluded stretch of beach

• Two infinity pools – one on the ground floor with an attached hot tub, and one on the rooftop with panoramic views

• Multiple lounge and seating areas, including a rooftop patio perfect for sunrises or sunset cocktails

• Beautiful lobby with reception/front desk (open Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 8am–1pm)

Puerto Morelos is a relaxed and authentic seaside town, known for its laid-back charm, incredible snorkeling and diving, and access to the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the second largest in the world. The town square is just a 10–15 minute walk from the condo, offering:

• A grocery store and small markets

• Fresh fish directly from the pier (some restaurants will cook your catch)

• Beautiful Beaches with Beach clubs and public beach access points
